Delivery Policy

When placing an order with us you agree to the Delivery policy described below.

It is vital that you read and understand all of our delivery policies before you place your order with us. Failed delivery due to mis information could result in you paying for the delivery plus a charge that we occur by having the delivery returned to us.
 

  • ALL deliveries are to kerbside only; this means at the delivery drivers discretion the pallet will be left in front of your property.

  • If you ask the driver to bring the pallet onto your property, this will be 100% at your own risk, we will not be held liable for any damages.

  • Should you not be in at time of delivery the pallet will be left at kerbside and will then be 100% your responsibility.

All of our deliveries are completed by haulage subcontractors.
 

Deliveries are contracted to kerbside only. Delivery onto the property is at the discretion of the driver/haulier on the day.
 

All of our delivery options do NOT include delivery to the property this will be to the discretion of the driver/haulier.
 

Your order will be lowered by tail lift and then delivered by pump truck to outside your property.

Most deliveries are completed on an  18 tonne vehicle (2.8m wide x 4m high x 11m long including tail lift). 

Similar size to a refuse vehicle.

Overhanging branches, narrow roads, uneven roads and anything else that may prohibit the driver from getting to your property or completing the delivery need to be taken into account for restricted access

Delivery refusal by the haulier due to access may result in a penalty charge if prior information has not been given accurately 

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

 

We take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. However, please note that all exchanges and returns will be subject to the product being returned in the same condition it was received in.

You will also be liable for the cost of the transport for the product to come back to us.

Due to the size and nature of our products, once an order has shipped, the order cannot be amended, you will have to request an exchange or return. If you place an order by accident or order the wrong product please get in touch ASAP.

We understand that there may be situations where you may receive a damaged or defective product. In such cases, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
